VFNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS! 

IMPORTANT! Always test fit items before final 
prime & paint. Altering and/or painting products automatically voids warranty! All VFN products Are hand made, and come in a black gelcoat and or primer 
and require sanding or possibly trimming. Expect
 to block sand and primer, prior to paint, This is normal, 
we inspect parts prior to shipping for any flaws, it is taken from that point from the customer to be finished and there can be small imperfections eg. scuffs or light chips that need to be addressed before painting the product by either sanding or filling and should be done by a qualified technician.  

LIABILITIES:The following is made in lieu of all items expressed or implied. The user of any product for the intended use, and the user is therefore responsible for all risks and liabilities connected with the use of these products. 

ORDER SPECIFICATIONS: When ordering from VFN be sure to clarify your order. State your full name,street address,city,zip code and phone number. Be sure that the ordered parts are fully described,part#,year,model,make of car,etc, and please specify instructions. 

 Most Orders are shipped freight collect. Freight costs are determined by dimensions and distance traveling. We shop around with several carriers and use the best method with minimal damages. Some items are cheaper to ship prepaid freight.
We require deposits on all orders and balance paid prior to shipping. Balance should be certified or money order, as personal and company checks take two weeks for bank clearance. 
 UPS SHIPMENTS: 
Are based on dimensions. Many of our items - including scoops, dashes and trunks are considered oversized. We use Speedee Delivery when possible for select states in the midwest. these shipping cost are due at the time of completion and must be pre-paid


ORDER CANCELLATION: Any canceled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to be assessed at the discretion of VFN. 

RETURNS AND DAMAGES:All damages from shipping are to be filed directly with the freight company by customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to make a timely inspection of merchandise upon receipt and make a timely claim directly with the carrier for any damage which may have ocurred in transit. 

If return is desired,we must be notified FIRST. We will not pay freight on returns. Thirty days is the maximum time allowed for inspection and returns. A 20% charge will be deducted on all returned merchandise,except in the case of factory error. 

ALTERED MERCHANDISE(PAINTED,MODIFIED,ETC...) 
IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CHARGES: Pro front ends do not include hoods. Hoods and front ends ordered with a scoop installation are considered special orders,and are non-refundable.
